Roicare is hiring an Assistant Psychologist to support the emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs of children in a residential care setting. Key responsibilities
- Support psychological assessments by collecting and organising information on children’s emotional, behavioural, and cognitive functioning.
- Assist with the delivery of evidence-based therapy and intervention programmes under the supervision of Clinical Psychologists.
- Help plan and run group therapy activities and structured sessions.
- Track children’s progress, keep detailed records, and share updates and findings as needed.
- Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Guide caregivers and staff in using behavioural approaches and therapeutic strategies consistently.
- Take part in team discussions, case reviews, and training activities.
