Role Overview

This position is for an assembler working at a manufacturing site in Martin, Tennessee. The role is offered through a flexible shift-based arrangement, allowing you to decide which days you work and how many hours you take on, subject to shift availability.

It is designed for candidates who want steady full-time work but also need the ability to adjust their schedule when personal commitments come up.

Shift and Pay Details

• Shift timing: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Workdays: Monday through Friday, with the option to pick shifts through the app
• Compensation: $16.50 per hour
• Pay schedule: Weekly on Fridays, with an option for same-day/daily pay
• Worksite: Stanley Black & Decker, Martin, TN

What the Job Involves

You will support production flow by helping the line run efficiently and by contributing to setup and changeover activities. The role also involves working closely with team leadership to complete assigned manufacturing tasks.

Work Expectations

• Participate as an active member of the production team to keep operations moving smoothly
• Prepare your workstation and assist with changeovers and Lean manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with the Team Coach and Team Leader on daily production assignments
