About the Role
We are seeking an AI Video Creator to shape how Base360 appears in the market through video. In this position, you will transform the product into launch films, advertisements, and social-first content designed to capture attention and create an emotional response. This is a highly creative, hands-on opportunity for someone working at the intersection of storytelling, motion design, and modern AI tools, with the chance to produce work for a rapidly expanding audience.
This role is not execution-only. You will be expected to generate concepts, create the content, and deliver it quickly with a high level of ownership.
What You Will Do
- Design compelling video content that drives attention, including product launch pieces, ads, social clips, and brand films that encourage people to engage with Base360.
- Use AI-driven tools across the full production process — including video, voice, image, and music generation tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and future equivalents — to increase speed and quality.
- Edit and animate content using motion design, product demonstrations, kinetic typography, and polished transitions to bring ideas to life.
- Take concepts from the initial idea through to the final export, with full responsibility for pitching, building, and delivering the work.
- Create content tailored to multiple formats, including vertical short-form videos for TikTok and Reels, paid social advertisements, and hero videos for the website.
- Maintain a strong and consistent brand look and feel so that every video feels part of one premium identity.
- Work quickly, test variations, review performance, and focus effort on the ideas that deliver results.
Who You Are
- You can point to a portfolio that clearly demonstrates high-quality video and motion work.
- You are comfortable using AI creative tools and actively follow new developments in the space.
- You have strong visual judgement and can distinguish premium creative work from content that feels low-quality.
- You are self-driven, able to take a rough direction and turn it into strong output without close supervision.
- You understand how to capture attention in the opening seconds and keep viewers engaged through the end.
- Experience with short-form social content, paid ad creative, or building a brand’s video presence from the ground up is considered an advantage.
