Account Manager

Role overview

In this role, you will manage rental accounts, deliver high-quality customer service, sell new products, support account performance, handle deliveries and pickups, keep the store environment up to standard, and manage early-stage collections. The job also contributes to revenue growth and account health by developing solid customer relationships while following the company mission and core values.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay range is $12.28 to $14.45.

Key duties

• Manage an assigned set of accounts and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Work on early-stage collections for accounts that are 1 to 6 days past due, while meeting daily and weekly collection targets.
• Protect account health and obtain payment commitments using account management systems and tools.
• Complete scheduled routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide premium customer service in the store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Support sales by creating new rental agreements and contributing to revenue growth.
• Safely move, install, and handle merchandise.
• Keep the showroom and company vehicles in proper condition.
• Follow all safety rules and operating procedures set by the company.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and bring strong communication and customer service skills.

Physical demands

This position is active and hands-on. It requires the ability to lift and move heavy items, drive a box truck, and spend extended periods standing and driving.

Schedule and work setting

This is a full-time role with a Monday through Saturday schedule. Sundays are off, along with one additional weekday. The work is physically active and involves lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
