Role Overview

This internship is centered on field-based market research and survey work, with a strong emphasis on telephonic outreach, site visits, and structured assessment of residential properties. The selected intern will help coordinate sustainability assessments and document findings accurately using a mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in large volumes over the phone, explain the purpose and benefits of sustainability assessments, and arrange on-site appointments with them.
• Carry out structured green building evaluations at residential properties, reviewing aspects such as the building envelope, ventilation, energy systems, and water-saving measures.
• Use a mobile application to log survey findings, take clear photographic evidence, and upload all required documents as the survey is being completed.
• Compare building performance with a defined sustainability assessment framework to spot practical improvement opportunities, efficiency gains, and possible renovation needs.
• Follow strict data accuracy standards during every survey while communicating professionally and preparing detailed reports for both homeowners and the internal technical team.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, can continue for 2 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the work.

Internship Details

The internship is based in Bangalore, India, and also covers work across Rajasthan, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh.

It is a full-time, on-site role with an internship duration of 2 months. The internship starts immediately.

The stipend offered is INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 per month.
