About the internship
This internship is focused on customer service and operational support at Times Internet. The role involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels, helping users with their questions, and ensuring issues are resolved with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and phone in a prompt and courteous way.
- Work through customer issues effectively while keeping satisfaction high.
- Share accurate details about products, services, and company policies.
- Communicate in a clear, professional manner across all support channels.
- Record customer conversations and keep CRM entries up to date.
- Escalate difficult cases to the right internal team when needed.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are fully closed.
- Work within company procedures, quality benchmarks, and support guidelines.
- Coordinate with teammates to improve the overall customer experience.
- Keep yourself informed about product updates and company announcements.
Who can apply

Requirements

Perks and work details
The internship offers a certificate and a 5-day work week. It is a 6-month, work-from-office assignment at Times Internet, Sector 16A, Film City, Noida. Working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with 6 working days a week and one rotational day off. Candidates must bring their own laptop. The stipend is INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
