Business Development (Sales) Intern

About the internship

This role offers hands-on exposure to business development and sales within an urban mobility startup. The intern will work in a fast-moving environment where communication, community engagement, sales planning, and social media outreach are used to support growth in the two-wheeler ride-sharing space.

What you will do

• Identify and help develop new business opportunities in the mobility segment.
• Work with the sales team to build and execute sales plans, including adding new members to the portal on a daily basis.
• Reach out to prospective customers and nurture relationships that can support sales growth.
• Use social media channels to promote offerings and interact with customers.
• Study market movements and competitor activity to shape sales direction.
• Assist with sales meetings, conferences, and event participation.
• Share periodic progress updates and performance reports with the sales team.

Who can apply

This internship is open only to candidates who can commit to full-time, in-office work, begin between 18 June 2026 and 23 July 2026, and stay for 2 months. Additional requirements

• Students pursuing BBA, BA, BCom, BEd, MA, MCom, MBA, or a similar course may apply.
• Only candidates based in Jaipur are eligible.
• Applicants should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with social networking, and be community-oriented.

Stipend and structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000. The compensation is split into fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹6,000 per month and incentive pay of ₹5,000 to ₹6,000 per month.

Conversion opportunity

If the intern is converted to a permanent role, the expected salary will be ₹240,000 to ₹300,000 per year.
