About EPG Group
EPG Group provides global workforce solutions that help fast-growing businesses hire, manage, and support talent across borders. Its services span Employer of Record (EOR), international payroll, recruitment, and workforce management, making cross-border employment simpler so clients can stay focused on growth.
As the business continues to scale across APAC, EPG Group is seeking a Workforce Solutions Partner for its New Zealand team, or Australia, to help deliver a high-quality experience for both clients and employees.
Role overview
In this role, you will be the main everyday contact for clients and employees. You will guide them through onboarding, employment-related questions, engagement discussions, performance conversations, and workforce changes.
The position involves working across multiple industries, countries, and employment arrangements. You will build strong relationships, solve problems proactively, and help ensure workers receive a consistent and positive experience throughout their employment journey.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, can think quickly, and wants to make a meaningful contribution in a growing global organisation.
Key responsibilities
You will support the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, while serving as the central point of contact for clients and employees.
Your work will include strengthening relationships, spotting ways to improve engagement and retention, handling questions and escalations with care, and conducting regular check-ins to maintain positive outcomes and address concerns early.
You will also coordinate with payroll, HR, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth service experience, manage workforce changes such as leave, contract amendments, salary reviews, and other employment events, and keep workforce records accurate in systems such as Xemplo.
In addition, you will look for patterns in workforce issues and share practical insights that support better client and employee experiences, while contributing to ongoing process improvements.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will bring some background in workforce operations, HR, recruitment, staffing, customer success, or another client-facing role, though a relevant tertiary qualification may also be considered.
You should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the confidence to work with both senior stakeholders and employees.
The role calls for someone who can juggle priorities, handle sensitive situations professionally, and use sound judgement when resolving issues.
Experience with HRIS or workforce management platforms is useful; familiarity with Xemplo is an advantage but not required.
You will need a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organisation, commercial awareness, and full working rights in New Zealand.
Why join EPG Group
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing international company that works with innovative organisations worldwide.
The role offers variety, with no two days being the same, and provides space for your ideas to be heard and valued.
You will work with a supportive and experienced team that is invested in your success, while also having access to flexible hybrid working arrangements and career progression as the business grows.
Through this role, you will help shape the experience of global workforces while developing your own career in an evolving industry.
Additional information
The position is full-time and onsite. No stipend or salary amount was provided in the source.
Full working rights in New Zealand are required for eligibility.
Although hybrid working arrangements are mentioned as a benefit, the stated employment setup for this role is onsite.
