Role overview
The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service supports the health and wellbeing of Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust staff, volunteers, and placement students. This area of work may involve issues such as sleep problems, musculoskeletal conditions, workplace injuries, and mental health concerns, including suicide risk and work-related distress.
What you will do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the Wellbeing Service. You will handle telephone queries and referrals from managers relating to staff absence, run drop-in clinics, and take part in outreach activity at locations such as call centres and ambulance stations. The post calls for a caring approach, strong respect for confidentiality, and clear professional boundaries.

Matrix One, Swansea.
Welsh language
