Role Overview

The company is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join its Operations Team in Sharjah. This position is suited to someone with at least 1 year of UAE warehouse experience who can help keep inventory accurate, support stock movements, and contribute to safe and efficient warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept incoming materials, store them properly, issue items when needed, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with stock control and day-to-day inventory management.
• Help with packing, labelling, and routine warehouse paperwork.
• Support smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Work closely with team members to ensure daily activities run without disruption.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of UAE experience in a Warehouse Assistant role or a similar position.
• Working knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and stock handling.
• Ability to receive, store, issue, and document materials accurately.
• Basic understanding of packing, labelling, and warehouse documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE warehouse and safety standards.
• Physical fitness to carry out warehouse duties.
• Strong teamwork skills and good organisational ability.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Preference will be given to candidates already based in the UAE.
