- Oversee budgets, staffing, and production processes so content operations run efficiently and can scale.
- Develop and refine measurement systems to assess content effectiveness, audience response, and overall business value.
Experience and qualifications
- 15 or more years of experience in content creation, creative leadership, media production, or a similar field.
- At least 10 years of people management experience, including leadership of directors and senior-level leaders.
- A proven history of building and expanding creative teams and content operations.
- Background in shaping content strategy at a brand, media company, agency, or technology company operating at substantial scale.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Preferred background
- Experience in the technology sector or with a major consumer brand that has global reach.

- Comfort working with complex stakeholder groups and converting corporate priorities into creative output.
