Role Overview

The Venture Strategy Associate will work closely with the global startup ecosystem, taking ownership of client onboarding, relationship development, and external stakeholder coordination. This position calls for a solid grasp of startup dynamics and the broader business environment, along with hands-on experience in business development and client-facing account management.

Qualifications

• A background in international business, marketing, communications, or finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, client management, or a similar role, ideally within startup-focused work.
• A demonstrated history of successfully bringing clients onboard and maintaining strong client relationships, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Good knowledge of the startup ecosystem, including funding stages, market movements, and common founder challenges.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• A strategic, outcome-driven mindset and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving, changing environment.
