Role overview
The Singapore Land Authority is hiring an Estate / Urban Planner to help shape land use and infrastructure plans for the Southern Islands, with sustainability as a key objective.
What you will do
- Partner with government bodies and other stakeholders to create land use and infrastructure strategies for the Southern Islands, with an emphasis on long-term sustainability.
- Lead master planning work, strategic planning, scenario planning, consultation exercises, planning assessments, and research and analysis to support planning directions and programmes.
- Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders on early-stage concept designs for construction projects, prepare project briefs, and support funding submissions for implementation.
- Handle other related projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements
- A background and qualification in Urban Planning or Real Estate, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in infrastructure project management will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Additional information
This role is based in Singapore and is a full-time, onsite position.
