Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced UKG Support Developer to handle the ongoing support, configuration, and improvement of a UKG-based check-in/check-out workforce management solution. The position is focused on keeping time and attendance operations running reliably while resolving issues, supporting system changes, and helping with related integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the UKG check-in/check-out and workforce management environment.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting time-tracking, attendance, and related workflows.
- Configure and maintain system settings to support operational requirements.
- Work on integrations with HRMS, payroll, access control, and biometric platforms.
- Monitor logs, diagnose problems, and manage incidents through to closure.
- Support reporting and data-related activities using UKG tools, SQL, and API-based integrations.
- Help ensure smooth functioning of scheduling, timecards, and attendance processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate with relevant teams as needed.
Experience and Skill Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years working specifically with UKG. Strong practical knowledge of UKG Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions is required, along with hands-on exposure to workforce management systems. The role also calls for solid SQL skills, experience with APIs and system integrations, and the ability to troubleshoot issues by reviewing logs and debugging incidents. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position is centered on supporting the UKG Check-In/Check-Out system for attendance and workforce operations.
