Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site telesales position in Bhopal. The role involves reaching out to prospective customers by phone, handling incoming calls, explaining the value of the company’s products and services, and helping callers choose suitable options. The specialist will also manage customer questions, follow up on leads, keep interaction and sales details updated in the CRM or calling system, and work closely with sales and customer support teams to meet targets. The position includes supporting promotional initiatives, joining product training to stay current on offerings, and sharing customer insights with management to help improve processes and the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Solid background in customer service or customer support, with the ability to respond to questions and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Clear and effective communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain products and benefits in simple language.
- Sales capability, including telesales, lead conversion, and comfort working toward targets.
- Willingness to learn through training sessions and apply product knowledge and standard processes.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call-handling tools.
- Prior exposure to telesales, call center work, or healthcare and wellness-related sales will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work from the Bhopal office, manage time well, and collaborate effectively with different team members.
Compensation
Starting pay is INR 12,000 per month plus commission on each sale. Candidates with strong USA telesales experience may earn up to INR 25,000 per month along with commission. The role is for telesales operations targeting the USA market, so strong English communication skills are required.
How the Role Works
The job is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Applicants are expected to work from the office. Interested candidates can share their resumes through email or WhatsApp, and the team will arrange an interview call.
Additional Notes
Team members may also be involved in product training sessions and in sharing customer feedback with management to support process improvement and better service delivery.
