Role Overview
This position involves telephone-based outreach and sales support for a business operating in Kolkata, India. The role centers on contacting prospects, converting leads, and keeping customer records organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Work toward assigned daily and weekly performance targets.
- Keep the customer and prospect database accurate and up to date.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling.
- Arrange meetings or appointments with interested prospects.
- Finalize sales conversations and close deals over the phone.
Compensation
The offered pay is in the range of INR 1,20,000 to INR 2,04,000 per year.
