Role Overview

Compensation

The offered pay is ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, with the final amount depending on the interview outcome and overall performance.

Working Hours

The shift timing is 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Office operations run Monday through Saturday during the same time window.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective candidates and present available job opportunities.
• Manage follow-up calls and keep candidate information updated.
• Arrange interviews and work closely with the recruitment team for coordination.
• Record daily calling activity and work toward the assigned targets.

• Applicants should have completed 12th standard; graduates are preferred.
