Technical Product Manager

Role Overview

CareCone Group is hiring a Technical Product Manager for its Singapore office. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who can bridge product thinking with strong technical depth in systems software.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field is preferred, though an equivalent background gained through experience is also acceptable. The role typically calls for 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or programming. Candidates with an advanced degree may be considered with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Key Capabilities

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in software system design tools and programming languages, with practical exposure to Windows operating systems and device driver development. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving are essential.

You should also have a solid grasp of system software architecture and how components integrate across different platforms. Experience with software testing practices such as building test plans, troubleshooting defects, and using automation tools is important.

Clear communication in English is required, and Mandarin proficiency would be an added advantage. The role also requires the ability to explain architecture choices, evaluate trade-offs, and build alignment with senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with low-level bus protocols such as USB, PCIe, and I2C, along with related debugging methods, will be beneficial.
