Role Overview

Take 5 Car Wash is hiring a full-time Team Member in Dawsonville, Georgia. This onsite position focuses on delivering a great customer experience, supporting membership and sales goals, and keeping the wash site operating smoothly and safely.

Welcome Station and Sales Support

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a courteous, polished approach at all times.
• Help drive membership and sales growth by following standard processes and offering clear guidance.
• Support customers with sign-ups, plan updates, and account-related requests.
• Apply company pricing rules and discount policies accurately.

Wash Station Duties

• Follow all safety procedures and keep the wash area neat, organized, and clean.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, including spotting and noting any pre-existing damage or concerns.
• Use wash equipment properly, safely, and efficiently.
• Share operational updates and issues with teammates and managers as needed.

Convenience Station Duties

• Interact with customers in a professional manner to create a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Handle member account needs such as cancellations, plan changes, and overall customer experience support.
• Restock and arrange detail center supplies to keep items accessible and inventory accurate.
• Remove trash regularly and keep work areas tidy.
• Inspect vacuum stations for clogs and empty canisters when needed.
• Carry out general site maintenance, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other housekeeping tasks to keep the property clean and safe.

General Expectations

• Maintain professional behavior and follow uniform requirements consistently.
• Complete opening and closing tasks to keep daily operations running without disruption.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel area to support safety and operational performance.
• Prepare towels and other daily-use materials required for site operations.
