Team Leader, Shift A

Role Overview

Mondelez International is seeking a Shift A Team Leader to support manufacturing operations in Jurong West, Singapore. In this role, you will take ownership of at least one process, machine, or system and run it independently while applying autonomous maintenance practices. The position calls for technical know-how to help improve line and system performance in line with business priorities.

Contribution to the Team

With guidance and coaching, you will help keep equipment running effectively and safely while supporting targets across safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale. You will carry out standard work on your equipment using autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance methods, ensure that safety procedures are followed, and complete quality assurance checks. You will also identify losses in your area and on your equipment and report them appropriately.
