About Crimson Global Academy
Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is an online school recognized for serving learners across more than 30 countries. Its teaching team is largely made up of educators from New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom, and the school places strong emphasis on expert subject knowledge and a supportive student environment.
Students are grouped by academic ability rather than age, so many are working ahead of their peers. With flexible curriculum pathways, modern technology, and opportunities to move ahead faster, CGA provides a setting designed for ambitious learners. The school highlights strong academic outcomes as evidence of its approach.
Role Overview
This position is focused on improving teaching quality across the school. The role involves observing online classes, reviewing assessments and student work, and providing constructive feedback that helps teachers strengthen their practice. It also includes working with department leaders to refine planning, support onboarding, and shape professional learning.
The role also uses learning data to identify students who may need extra support or greater challenge. In partnership with teachers, the lead helps put early interventions in place and encourages students to become more independent and resilient. In addition, the position contributes to sharing effective practices across campuses and informing senior leadership on teaching and learning improvements.

- Support the induction of new staff into the school’s instructional approach.

The Essentials

- You are excited by the chance to make an impact on a global scale.
Additional Information
This opportunity is for someone who wants to contribute to a distinctive model of education and help prepare graduates who are ready for the world beyond school.
Reporting and Work Context
