Supply Chain Analyst

Role overview

We are looking for a highly detail-focused Supply Chain Analyst to support the full flow of supply chain activities in the United States. This role involves working across procurement, logistics, inventory control, and demand planning to improve how operations run and to help lower costs.

What you will do

• Study supply chain data to spot patterns, potential risks, and areas where performance can be improved.
• Track stock levels, forecasted demand, and supply planning work.
• Help coordinate procurement, logistics, and distribution activities.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
• Work with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Find delays or weak points in the supply chain and suggest better ways of working.
• Support forecasting and demand planning efforts.
• Review supplier performance and assist with vendor management tasks.
• Maintain accurate information across supply chain systems and reporting platforms.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or another analytical role.
• Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis functions.
• Experience using reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of supply chain workflows and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good organizational ability.
• Comfort working on several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred background

• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management tools.
• Exposure to SQL or other data querying tools.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methods.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce supply chains is an advantage.
