What you will do

• Take part in a structured, multi-stage training journey designed to build the skills and product knowledge expected by the brand.
• Guide customers with enthusiasm on fit, tailoring, construction, and style across Ready to Wear and Custom-Made collections.
• Sell in a professional and consultative manner while following company policies and procedures to meet personal and store targets.
• Strengthen customer loyalty by using the company’s Radically Personal approach to relationship building.
• Keep merchandise displayed neatly and attractively in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain store presentation and daily operations according to company requirements.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the store leadership team.

Who you are

You likely have prior experience in sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing service role. A real passion for fashion and styling is important, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Success in a collaborative team environment matters, as does the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role is open to candidates available either full-time or part-time.
