Role Overview

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa in Dunboyne, County Meath is seeking a Spa Receptionist to become part of its Spa & Wellness team. This is an opportunity to join the spa during an exciting new phase, following a refreshed treatment menu inspired by holistic wellness traditions and natural therapies from around the world.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver warm, polished service to guests and help maintain the spa’s service standards.
• Handle reception and reservation duties efficiently and professionally.
• Support the team by contributing to a smooth, guest-focused spa experience.
• Work closely with colleagues while also being comfortable taking initiative when needed.

Experience and Skills Needed

• Prior background in a reception or reservations position.
• Previous experience in a spa reception role within a four-star property.
• Strong customer service ability and a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English required.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Interest in spa or beauty therapies is helpful, though not mandatory because full training will be provided.
