This position offers an immediate start in Bonn with a 100% remote working setup.
Role Overview
The company is looking for a Software Asset Manager with a focus on license management to support the preparation, consolidation, and processing of commercial license data.
Responsibilities
- Collect, structure, and merge commercial license information from multiple sources, especially SAP.
- Transfer cleaned data into a license management system to create effective licenses.
- Carry out clearing tasks to maintain strong data quality by checking, correcting, and completing records.
- Review different documents and extract the information needed to enrich the data set.
- Maintain a consistent and complete database for downstream license management processes.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration or an IT-related field, or a commercial / IT vocational qualification.
- Strong knowledge and several years of experience with IT tools, particularly MS Excel, SAP GUI, and common Software Asset Management tools such as USU LiMa, Flexera, Matrix42, or Snow.
- Several years of professional experience in Software Asset Management.
- Experience in preparing and enriching data as part of clearing processes.
- German language skills at C1 level.
