Site Supervisor

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and manpower so that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role supports the engineer or foreman in controlling execution on site.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee work crews and daily work fronts while ensuring that drawings, method statements, and inspection/test plans are followed.
• Work with the survey team on setting-out checks and help maintain the required tolerances.
• Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, along with proper housekeeping and site discipline.
• Support QA/QC activities by preparing for inspections and following through on the closure of observations.
• Monitor daily progress and promptly raise issues related to materials, access, plant, or any other site constraints.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• A diploma or technical certificate is preferred.
• Applicants should have 3 to 7+ years of experience in infrastructure supervision.
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
