Role Overview
As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key leadership role in a busy, growth-focused restaurant environment. You’ll help bring the brand’s mission to life by supporting managers in delivering passionate food, heartfelt service, and a pride-filled atmosphere.

Qualifications
Some high school education is required, and prior operations experience is preferred. Local or municipal food safety requirements, such as a Food Handler certification, must be obtained at the applicant’s own expense.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The role takes place in a fast-paced kitchen and service setting where work areas can be tight, counter surfaces may be hot, and steam and food vapors are common. Team members are expected to stay on their feet for long periods, prepare both hot and cold foods, use a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen tools, and work quickly without sacrificing accuracy. The position may require lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve guests. Kitchens can be noisy and warm, storage is limited, and shelving may be high. Strong verbal communication, flexibility in changing situations, and the ability to handle conflict are important.

Pay Information
The pay range for this position is $25 to $28 per hour. Final compensation within that range depends on factors such as work location and experience.
