Role overview
An insurance agency in Kampala is seeking a Sales Staff member to join its Sales and Marketing department. The role reports to the Insurance Agency Manager and focuses on growing business through consultative selling and marketing-led client engagement.
What you will do
You will work under the guidance of the sales manager to identify potential business opportunities, engage prospects, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into completed sales.
