Team Overview
The Enterprise Business team works in a fast-moving, high-performing, and collaborative environment. Role Overview
This position is based in Singapore and is responsible for creating and qualifying leads to strengthen the Singapore enterprise sales pipeline. As a Sales Development Representative, you will connect with prospects to understand their needs, identify high-value opportunities, and manage early-stage sales activities.
The role suits someone who enjoys working through complex situations, learning about products quickly, and contributing to the development of demand generation and sales processes. You will also help shape the company’s value proposition and build tools and assets that support the sales function.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through email campaigns or cold calls and continue the follow-up process across agreed touchpoints.
- Advance qualified opportunities through the sales funnel by connecting prospects with sales representatives and scheduling meetings.
- Build rapport with prospects, ask targeted questions to understand their needs, and assess whether they are a strong fit for the sales team.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, while also supporting reporting and tracking activities.
- Contribute ideas for outreach methods and improve performance through testing different contact strategies.
- Help define and refine effective sales development practices as the team scales.
- Work with Marketing to share feedback and improve audience targeting and messaging.
- Partner closely with the assigned Account Executive during handoff and the first client call.

- Previous success in a BDR or similar sales development role.

- Strong interest in technology and/or financial services.
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
