What you will do

• Take the lead on shift by setting the pace, tone, and standards for the team.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with sales, cost control, and overall business performance.
• Make guest satisfaction a priority by helping deliver consistently strong service.
• Coach, encourage, and develop team members so they can perform at their best.
• Help build a positive and inclusive workplace where people enjoy working.
• Step in confidently and take responsibility when the situation demands it.
