About the role
This position offers the chance to take on a significant leadership role within a fast-expanding business. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant as if it were your own, with a strong focus on performance, standards, and team culture. The role is active, fast-moving, and varied, with a strong emphasis on leading shifts, supporting the crew, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
What you will do
- Take the lead on shift by setting the pace, tone, and standards for the team.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with sales, cost control, and overall business performance.
- Make guest satisfaction a priority by helping deliver consistently strong service.
- Coach, encourage, and develop team members so they can perform at their best.
- Help build a positive and inclusive workplace where people enjoy working.
- Step in confidently and take responsibility when the situation demands it.
