About the Role
The Talent Acquisition team is a key part of Revolut’s growth. It is responsible for identifying strong candidates, aligning them with the right opportunities, and partnering with teams across the business to create high-performing and future-focused organisations.
In this role, the Recruitment Coordinator will help organise hiring activity across different schedules, workflows, and time zones. The position supports the wider goal of attracting top-tier talent to Revolut.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating recruitment-related activities.
- Set up interviews for candidates and hiring managers across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Organise assessment tests and monitor follow-up actions throughout the hiring process.
- Provide training and support to interviewers.
- Maintain smooth and professional communication with candidates before, during, and after interviews to support a strong candidate experience.
- Work with recruiters to improve and simplify recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Previous coordination experience, ideally in recruitment or human resources.
- Background in a startup or other fast-moving environment.
- Experience handling multiple calendars, events, or stakeholder schedules.
- Strong attention to detail, along with accountability and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system or similar tools.
- Comfort using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organised, curious, and detail-focused.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to constructive feedback and ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Data-oriented approach to work.
- High ambition, self-drive, and enthusiasm for the company’s mission.
