Role Summary

DEW is hiring a recruiter for its Human Resources team in Columbia, South Carolina. The person in this position will support the agency’s hiring efforts by identifying, attracting, screening, and engaging qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the agency’s position description and performance management system, along with the telecommuting program.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and relevant human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A master’s degree in human resources management may replace the experience requirement.
