Quality Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to contribute to full-stack delivery by working with cross-functional teams, integrating ecosystem components, and helping improve quality across the software lifecycle. The role centers on continuous testing for security, APIs, and regression, along with automation, environment setup, defect tracking, and ongoing process improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Work independently on assigned tasks and progressively take ownership as a subject matter expert.
• Take an active role in team discussions and contribute ideas and solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support smooth delivery and integration of quality-focused solutions.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Review test outcomes and share clear, actionable feedback with development teams.
• Support junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and helping with complex testing scenarios.
• Carry out continuous testing across security, API, and regression areas.
• Create automation strategies, write automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration.
• Participate in code reviews and help identify issues that affect quality.
• Track, monitor, and report defects to drive continuous improvement in testing practices.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Salesforce testing is required, along with hands-on knowledge of automation, test execution, defect management, and CI/CD-related testing workflows.

Educational Requirement

This role requires 15 years of full-time education.

Additional Information

The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing is required.
