Role Overview

An established employer in Saudi Arabia is hiring a QC Supervisor for a reputed organization in the petroleum, oil & gas, and power sector. This position is open only to candidates from India.

Compensation Structure

• Base pay accounts for 65% of the overall package.
• Housing support makes up 25% of the total salary.
• Transportation allowance contributes 10% of the total salary.

What the Role Involves

• Direct and oversee QC staff, including task allocation, attendance monitoring, performance tracking, and disciplinary handling when required.
• Carry out routine audits across departments and production lines to confirm adherence to internal quality standards.
• Guide QC team members and help them deliver consistent, effective work.
• Run regular coordination meetings with audit and inspection staff to strengthen teamwork and ensure alignment.
• Draft audit and inspection reports on a recurring basis, calling out performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Control, Marketing, and Purchasing teams to sustain quality across the ordering and production cycle.
• Keep inspection records, defect logs, and follow up with relevant departments to ensure specifications are met and parts are accepted.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas sector, QMS, API-related work, or quality auditing.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas manufacturing practices and ongoing improvement methods.
• Strong command of quality control, quality assurance, production workflows, inspections, and auditing.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or processing setting is preferred.
