Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee customer projects end to end, ensuring delivery timelines, stakeholder expectations, documentation, and financial tracking are handled effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery and keep customer expectations aligned throughout the engagement.
• Lead and guide Services Consultants assigned to each project.
• Track schedules, milestones, and project deliverables to ensure work stays on course.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation and secure formal sign-offs.
• Oversee project budgets, allocation of resources, and related processes.
• Handle multiple sprint-based initiatives and deliverables at the same time.
• Use project tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage execution and reporting.
• Create project reports and support billing milestone tracking.
• Advise on how to use tools effectively for project control and reporting.
• Set up project management tools and support acceptance testing activities.
• Share project updates and reports with both internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

• A strong academic background, ideally in computer science or engineering for technical project management roles.
• Prior experience managing projects within the information technology sector.
• Good technical understanding, including exposure to software development and web technologies.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Well-developed organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Mandatory PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
