About the role

This role supports that mission by strengthening VIP customer relationships and helping grow revenue.
As a Player Development Executive, you will focus on driving net revenue through proactive sales approaches while delivering excellent service to both new and existing VIP customers. You will partner with internal teams and stakeholders to support the company’s signature VIP experience and contribute to the growth of the VIP player base.
Key duties
- Build and nurture strong connections with premium players by delivering high-quality service and encouraging long-term loyalty.
- Support key VIP sales goals by improving customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
- Follow all VIP rules, policies, and responsible gaming standards.
- Review and interpret data to spot patterns that can improve player performance.
- Recommend practical, solution-oriented ideas that strengthen the customer experience.
- Take part in the escalation workflow and coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Compensation
The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States is USD 88,400 to USD 110,500 per year, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits where applicable.
