Role Summary
GVK EMRI’s EMRI Green Health Services is hiring an Operations Executive for field-based emergency services work in Sant Ravidas Nagar, India, with coverage across multiple districts in the region. This role focuses on keeping ambulance operations running smoothly, supporting emergency response, and maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee ambulance drivers and emergency medical staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
- Keep emergency vehicles deployment-ready by monitoring maintenance, cleanliness, and day-to-day availability.
- Work with government offices and local bodies to ensure operations move without disruption.
- Track on-ground activities, support emergency situations when required, and help maintain high service standards.
- Compile and update records on field performance, vehicle usage, and incident-related details.
- Follow company protocols and operational standards consistently.
- Be prepared for frequent travel within the assigned area.
Education and Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization. The role also accepts candidates with a B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, as well as MBA graduates or any other postgraduates who meet the requirement.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong people management and team coordination abilities
- Working knowledge of vehicle systems and basic technical operations
- Ability to prepare clear reports and maintain documentation
- Skill in collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Comfort with extensive field travel and site visits
