Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for an Operations Specialist supporting a client’s platform operations on Micro1. The position is remote and can be performed from anywhere. The core focus is to keep everyday workflows running smoothly, handle user-related concerns quickly, and maintain reliable operational performance.

Key responsibilities

You will be expected to watch platform activity for delays, irregularities, and other workflow issues, then take action to resolve them. The role also includes checking user transactions for accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines, replying to user queries, documenting operational activity, and working with other teams to improve efficiency and the overall user experience.

Required skills and qualifications

Candidates should have hands-on experience in platform operations or customer support within a digital environment. Strong data entry and record-keeping ability is mandatory, along with solid troubleshooting skills for resolving user issues. The job also requires the confidence to work independently in a remote setup with little supervision. Familiarity with standard computer applications and tools is an added advantage.
