Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Netcracker NRM Software Subject Matter Expert (SME) to modernize legacy Netcracker's Geneva billing software workflows. The role involves aligning these workflows with the latest Netcracker's Next Gen Revenue Management (NRM) software capabilities and re-engineering them to utilize advanced NRM features for enhanced efficiency and scalability. The SME will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, integration, and delivery, providing technical leadership to development teams, and troubleshooting/optimizing billing workflows.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite position based in Kolkata, India.
