What You Will Do

• Contribute to the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data center construction programs.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Track schedules, budgets, quality benchmarks, and overall project outputs.
• Make sure work aligns with project requirements, applicable codes, and safety rules.
• Assess engineering drawings, technical submissions, and construction records.
• Oversee site operations and help address technical or operational issues as they arise.
• Take part in testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.
• Draft progress updates, project status reports, and technical documentation.
• Assist with procurement activities, material tracking, and vendor management.
• Keep a strong emphasis on quality, safety, reliability, and delivery excellence.

Experience and Qualifications

Hands-on experience in data center construction or other critical infrastructure projects is required. Candidates should have 5 to 15+ years of relevant experience, depending on the role.

A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field is expected.

Prior exposure to data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial projects, infrastructure work, or large commercial construction is important. A solid grasp of construction methods and full project lifecycle management is also needed.

Experience working with international standards and industry best practices will be an advantage. Familiarity with project management and engineering tools relevant to the position is also desirable. Professional credentials such as PMP, LEED, OSHA, NEBOSH, Autodesk BIM, or similar certifications are considered beneficial.
