Moderator (m/w/d)

Role overview

We are looking for a moderator to strengthen the Kaufbei TV team with a constructive and positive contribution. In this role, you will help shape content, develop it efficiently and independently, and support the team in finding practical solutions while maintaining a neutral stance at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Clarify the purpose and objectives of each moderation assignment.
• Develop the structure and flow of the session.
• Handle the organizational preparation before the meeting or discussion.
• Introduce the topic and set the context for participants.
• Guide and control the discussion process.
• Sharpen the core message and clarify any unclear or vague contributions.
• Take responsibility for visualizing and documenting the outcomes.
