Role Overview
Palomba General Trading LLC is hiring a Master Data Specialist for its Doha, Qatar office. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on safeguarding the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product and business information across commercial and operational platforms.
Compensation and Benefits

About the Company
Palomba General Trading LLC is an international trading business headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. The company supplies pharmaceutical ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients, botanical extracts, food ingredients, essential oils, natural fragrance solutions, and specialty raw materials to clients across the Middle East, Europe, and selected global markets.
The organization is expanding its international operations and needs a specialist to help maintain high-quality master data that supports smooth business execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and keep product master records updated in ERP platforms.
- Handle product identifiers, customer files, and supplier master information.
- Maintain strong data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all business systems.
- Check and confirm product specifications and commercial details.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Regulatory teams to coordinate updates.
- Assist with new product launches and lifecycle-related data tasks.
- Track data quality and fix master data-related issues.
- Compile master data reports and performance metrics.
- Support ongoing improvements in data governance and administration.
- Keep proper records and documentation for master data controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Prior exposure to Master Data, ERP administration, Supply Chain, or Business Operations is preferred.
- Good analytical ability and strong organizational habits.
- High level of accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP tools such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar systems is an added advantage.
- Professional English communication skills are required.
