About the opportunity

H2O.ai is hiring a motivated and detail-focused intern to support its Singapore team. This role contributes to the daily running of regional operations by providing administrative help and assisting with events and campaigns. It is a practical opportunity to gain exposure to B2B technology marketing while supporting key team activities.

The role is based in Singapore and offers remote-friendly working.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of regional events, including room bookings, catering coordination, preparation of materials, and on-site setup.
• Handle routine administrative work such as invoice tracking, document organization, and meeting coordination.
• Help prepare, schedule, and format content for social channels, email newsletters, and internal communications.
• Collect data from marketing tools for reporting, update campaign trackers in spreadsheets, and keep marketing databases current.
• Assist in producing marketing materials for customers and partners, and support the creation of the partner portal.
• Work with the wider team on partnership-related tasks, including gathering information for collateral and maintaining accurate project trackers.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area.
• Strong organizational ability with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle several small tasks and deadlines at once.
• Good written and spoken communication skills, with confidence in working with internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable using common office tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and basic design or social media tools.
• Ability to use marketing tools for content creation and website setup, with some familiarity in digital marketing and web development.
• Self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude and readiness to take on varied tactical tasks.
