Role Summary
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day movement and storage of products across inbound, outbound, and warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating activities across the operations team, including employees, supervisors, and managers, to ensure targets and business goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure goods are delivered on time.
- Record and process logistics activities in SAP, including STOs, transfers, and GRNs, according to planning, procurement, and sales needs.
- Support daily coordination and resolve operational issues between warehouse teams, suppliers, and other parties involved.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, QMS requirements, and GDP standards in day-to-day work.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inbound and outbound shipping and logistics documents.
- Track stock movement between distribution centers and branches across Saudi Arabia to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
- Monitor logistics data, review performance indicators, and generate reports on operational activity and KPIs.
- Manage inventory-related tasks such as removing expired or damaged items and keeping proper records and logs.
- Support ongoing process improvement by documenting logistics issues and maintaining organized records and archives.
Qualifications
A diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar field is required. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 2 years of experience in supply chain or related operations.
Skills and Tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- Prior exposure to SAP is preferred
- Ability to read and write in English with confidence
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
