Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Track the end-to-end delivery flow, review order fulfillment progress, and prepare data summaries such as response-change logs and order review turnaround statistics to support daily operations and performance improvement.
• Manage inventory health by reviewing OEM inventory aging, slow-moving or defective stock, and semi-finished goods that remain stagnant, then help drive issue resolution through structured follow-up.
• Coordinate urgent material production and inbound schedules, watch for exceptions, and work with planning managers to help ensure urgent orders are delivered on time.
• Compile and assess five-week plan accuracy data, support analysis of why forecasts or plans deviate, and monitor corrective actions until improvements are achieved.
• Study logistics industry trends and market competition, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training activities within the department.
• Take on other tasks related to logistics operations as assigned by the department.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations, with familiarity in order fulfillment and inventory management processes.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, along with solid data handling and analysis capabilities.
• Good communication and coordination abilities, plus experience working across teams and departments.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English, along with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural setting.
