This is a remote, full-time Link Building Specialist position for a partner employer based in the United Arab Emirates. The hiring partner handles the application review and all subsequent recruitment steps.
The role centers on carrying out and improving outreach-led SEO initiatives that help secure high-quality backlinks. You will spend much of your time finding suitable prospects, evaluating websites, and organizing outreach processes that feed directly into client SEO outcomes. The work is detail-heavy, volume-driven, and dependent on consistent execution, accurate recordkeeping, and strong operational discipline. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-moving remote setup and contribute to scalable link-building workflows. Key duties
- Find relevant prospects and websites for outreach campaigns.
- Review websites to confirm they match client SEO targeting needs.
- Carry out outreach activities to create strong link-building opportunities.
- Add newly sourced websites into internal systems and outreach routines.
- Enter and keep current data in email platforms and internal records.
- Maintain outreach logs and campaign metrics in Google Sheets and dashboards.
- Handle email replies and support day-to-day campaign communication.
- Keep tracking and reporting accurate and consistent across SEO operations.
Requirements
- Strong written English communication ability.
- Hands-on experience with G Suite tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Working knowledge of SEO platforms like Ahrefs or comparable tools.
- Comfort following documented procedures and detailed instructions closely.
- Access to a dependable computer and stable internet connection.
- Availability of a headset and microphone for remote meetings and communication.
- Good organization skills and a sharp eye for detail.
