Role overview
RE/MAX Rental Pros is expanding its residential property management presence in Victoria, British Columbia, and is looking for a BCFSA-licensed Property Manager to join the team. This is a chance to help shape a growing local operation while working with experienced support across accounting, marketing, and maintenance.
The position is centered entirely on residential rental properties, with no strata or commercial portfolio. The focus is on delivering high-quality service to property owners and tenants, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting the growth of the Victoria market over time.

What the role involves
Your day-to-day work will focus on residential property management, client service, and portfolio oversight. As the local presence grows, you may also contribute to relationship-building and business development in the community.
Property management responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with owners and act as a reliable advisor
- Bring new clients and properties into the portfolio with support from the broader team
- Carry out professional move-in and move-out inspections
- Keep owners informed about property performance, tenant matters, and recommended actions
- Ensure tenancy agreements, records, and processes align with British Columbia legislation and company standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repair matters through dedicated support resources
- Manage your portfolio using established systems and property management software
- Handle issues promptly and professionally while delivering excellent service
Community presence and growth
- Build connections with realtors, mortgage brokers, investors, and referral partners in the local market
- Represent the business at networking and community events
- Spot opportunities to expand services through existing owner and tenant relationships
- Share ideas and insights that support growth in the Victoria region
