Leasing Executive

Role Overview

Suntec Real Estate Services Management is looking for a driven Leasing Executive to support its Commercial Mall Leasing function in Singapore. The role is suited to someone who enjoys retail leasing, communicates well, and can handle negotiations and lease administration in a busy mall environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out the mall’s leasing plan, covering positioning, tenant mix, and occupancy targets.
• Handle the end-to-end leasing process, from sourcing prospects and arranging site visits to negotiating terms and completing leases.
• Draft, check, and ensure prompt signing of lease contracts, renewals, and associated paperwork.
• Carry out retail market and trend research to stay updated on current conditions.
• Track billing and financial movements, support timely collections, and coordinate with Finance on overdue balances.
• Prepare monthly leasing and management updates for review.
• Manage arrears and actively follow up on unpaid accounts.
• Maintain good working relationships with tenants to support satisfaction and retention.
• Accurately process lease records, update the database, and keep files well organized.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail leasing, including retail space marketing and lease administration.
• A current CEA Licence is beneficial.
• Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Capable of working on your own in a fast-moving environment.
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills.
• Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle several tasks at once.
