Role Overview

This position is for a Lead - EUC focused on building, administering, and improving enterprise Mac environments. The role calls for strong hands-on ownership of macOS administration and the ability to design scalable endpoint management practices.

Experience Profile

Applicants should bring at least 7 years of experience in macOS administration, with the capability to architect and manage large-scale Apple device environments.

Core Technical Responsibilities

• Work confidently with enterprise device management tools such as JAMF Pro, Intune, Kandji, and Workspace ONE.
• Create and maintain advanced configuration profiles for macOS fleets.
• Manage system extensions and kernel extensions as part of endpoint control and security.
• Implement and support FileVault with enterprise key management practices.
• Apply and maintain macOS security controls including Gatekeeper, SIP, TCC, and PPPC.
• Build automation and administrative scripts using bash, zsh, and Python, along with related automation frameworks.
• Use deep knowledge of macOS internals, logs, identity handling, certificates, and Wi‑Fi/network frameworks to troubleshoot and optimize environments.

Skills and Expertise Needed

The role demands advanced macOS endpoint engineering, enterprise mobility management, scripting for automation, security hardening, and strong troubleshooting across identity, certificate, and network-related components.
