Key duties

• Wash plates, cutlery, and kitchen tools quickly and thoroughly so they are always ready for use
• Help the front-of-house and back-of-house teams keep service running efficiently
• Stay familiar with the menu and take pride in the food presentation process
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organised throughout every shift
• Support high standards across the restaurant and follow company policies, processes, and guidelines
